Meet Joy Pruitt

Joy has worked in the audiology field for over 30 years where she has been involved with many different aspects in the business—Area administrator, marketing, managing the client database, and rolling out new software systems.  She compiled and prepared statistics for several mergers, designed and developed sales & operational spreadsheets.  Joy is also very sensitive to the hearing impaired and their needs as she raised a daughter who has a severe hearing loss and has benefited with wearing hearing aids since she was 1 1/2 years old.

Joy joined the ChEARS Hearing Center team in 2004 as Marketing Director where she continues to be supportive in the day to day operation of the clinic.  She enjoys connecting with consumers and with her team in order to bring ideas together, influence an outcome, and also to optimize and scale for the future growth of ChEARS.

In her spare time, Joy enjoys golfing, hiking, biking, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors.
