Meet Esmeralda Silva

Esmeralda has been in office administration for over 15 years and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior to ChEARS, she was a personal injury intake coordinator for over 10 years. She has a strong background of customer service and medical billing practices. Being the first point of contact and establishing patients care is what she enjoys the most of working in the field.

She is studying at Southwestern College with a focus on Child Development. She is a mother of 2 and enjoys adventuring with her 2 sons on her time off. She loves the outdoors and participating in activities like biking, camping, and fishing.
