During his time at the VA, he specialized in diagnostic testing, tinnitus counseling, hearing aid programming, and vestibular evaluations. Dr. Faillace believes in a personal, patient-centered approach to hearing healthcare, considering the needs of the patient first and foremost, to build excellent rapport and ensure desired outcomes. He focuses on working together with his patients in order to ensure that their needs are met and that they are receiving the best care possible. His philosophy is that proper counseling about the effects of hearing loss, as well as hearing aid care, maintenance, and consistent use is critical to hearing rehabilitation.
